Alta Pointe Health System

Alta Pointe Health System is a public, non-profit corporation which is governed by a 21 member Board of Directors. The Board is appointed by local governments under the Authority of Alabama Act 310 of the 1957 Alabama Legislature. Alta Pointe Health System provides a continuum of services for persons with intellectual disabilities, serious mental illness and substance abuse in a four county area in east Alabama, which includes Clay, Coosa, Randolph, and Talladega Counties.
